In the Fairly Odd Parents fairies live in Fairy world that is near to Earth but since they are powerful they can use magic in space and not be seen by astronauts in that cartoon fairies are powerless w/out their wands. Since they are powerful they're also immortal and where they live is a place full of clouds. According to Jorgen Von Strangle all stars in space are fairies and he is manliest man alive in Fairly world.
